On-Site Computer Repair

Q. How quickly can you have a technician physically dispatched to my location?

A. We can usually have a computer technician out to service you the usually same day or at least within 48 hours.

 

Q. How much does your service cost?

A. We offer different service options: We charge a travel/diagnosis fee to your location area (determined by location) then an hourly rate for residential clients or business clients. We have other service plans if you feel you will need to have reoccurring work done at your home or office please inquire.

 

Q. How qualified are your on-site technicians?

A. Our technicians have a total experience of 30 years combined. We have technicians with CompTia and MSCE certifications.

 

Q. How long it typically takes to solve a problem?

A. Most support sessions take between one to three hours. The session may be much shorter or longer depending on the number of and severity of issues. In some cases when a computer is heavily infected with viruses and/or spyware, work may need to continue by doing an in-home or in-office onsite visit by one of our certified technical experts.

 

Q. Is your work guaranteed?

A. We will always work with you to make sure you’re satisfied with our work. If you ever have a question or concern with service, our customer satisfaction team is ready to make sure you are happy and pleased with us over-all.

Please understand the volatile nature of computers, and that some problems can be recurring but not necessarily due to poor service on our part. For example, some computers are re-infected with the same virus or spyware after a user repeats the same actions that initially got the system infected in the 1st place. If you ever have service performed and are not happy with the results we will work with you to complete the job to your satisfaction.

 

Q. Do you work on Mac?

A. We support both Windows and Mac services, repairs, and support.

 

Q. What is the repair turnaround time?

A. For Onsite the work usually gets complete at the time of service and same for remote repair. Drop off service usually takes 24-48hrs to complete unless we need to order a special part or service to complete the work.

 

Remote Computer Repair

Q. What is online remote computer support?

A. Our online computer support, also known as, “remote” or “virtual” computer support is the process of having a computer worked on wirelessly by a technician via the internet. Our technicians can see your screen and will be able to move your mouse and keyboard safely from our office.

The benefits of online computer support include:

  • Quick : Receive help right away without having to wait for a tech to come to you.
  • Convenience: No more lugging your heavy computer back and forth to a shop or having wait for a technician to come to you.
  • Affordable: Our remote services are less costly than having to send a technician to your home. This gives us the opportunity to charge much more affordable prices for the same high quality service as you would receive from an onsite technician.

 

Q. Is it safe and secure?

A. Yes, when you connect to one of our certified technicians, the connection is encrypted. It is the same high level of security used when transmitting sensitive information online when using online banking or online shopping from reputable online retailer.

Also, you are in complete control of the remote session and can take control of the mouse anytime. You also have the ability to end the session immediately whenever you would like to.

 

Q. What if you can’t fix my problem online remotely?

A. There are times when an online remote session will not be adequate to remedy a particular problem. In those cases, we will schedule an onsite technician to be physically sent to your location. Drop off services normally take 24-48hrs unless we need to order special parts for your computer then the repair may take several business days to complete.

 

 

Q. Will I be charged more than my checkout amount after the repair is complete without notification?

A. No, if we find out that any additional repairs needed then we will contact the customer first for their approval.

 

Q. How long is the warranty for repairs?

A.

Onsite – 5 business days includes weekends of the week of service.

Remote – 5 business days includes weekends of the week of service.

Computer Drop-Off – 30 days from day of service.

Mobile/Tablet Repair – 60 days from day of service.
