Diagnosis

The first step in fixing the problem is finding the problem. We run a full diagnosis of every machine that enters our shop before performing any work. This means hardware AND software.

Repair

Once the full system diagnostics are completed, we’re able to narrow down the cause of the issue. From here, we would inform the customer of what needs to be repair and proceed with our work after approval.

Tune-Up

Once your computer is repair, a system analysis is performed. We’re able to determine what we can do to help keep you machine running longer in the future. This allows us to offer upgrade options to our clients.

REMOTE CONNECTION

THE INTERNET CAN CONNECT US!

If you’re having issues with a particular program or function of your computer, we can help without you ever leaving your desk. As long as your computer can power on and access the internet, we can assist you with remote connection support. By utilizing our safe and secure remote connection client, we are able to take control of your computer and help with any software needs there may be as if we were sitting in front of it with you.

Each remote support session costs on $84.99 and gives you up to an hour of service. We can help with all sorts of software issues and, if necessary, we can even provide help and walkthroughs over the phone without even getting connected.

Keep in mind, all of our annual service plans come with prepaid remote sessions and if you have our Unlimited Remote Support Plan you’ll never have to pay for remote assistance!

This is our most in-depth service when it comes to the repair of your individual device. Our in-shop diagnostic procedure is extremely thorough and it will help ensure prompt service. Most repairs done at our location are finished in just a few short days. We pride ourselves on getting our customers back up and running as quickly as we can.

With pricing like ours, we keep the competitors at bay. All shop repairs start with a diagnostic fee of $54.99 at drop-off. Once we diagnose the cause of your issues, we inform you of the repair process and, with your approval, start working to correct any problems immediately. Basic repair services only cost an additional $74.99 after diagnosis. For Gaming PCs we charge $129.99 to start service.

If you’re a Shop Service Plan holder, all shop labor charges are waived!  You pay nothing for our quick and reliable work! The only thing you have to worry about is the replacement part, if necessary.

ON-SITE SERVICES

WE CAN COME TO YOU!
PC Medics of NJ offers personalized on-site services. Don’t feel like lugging your machine all the way to our shop? Not a problem! We can come to you. Our highly trained technicians can perform just about any repair right in your own home.

On-Site repairs start with a travel fee based on your location and a minimum of 1 hour of labor. After the first hour of attendance, time is calculated by 30-minute intervals.

Do you have a Travel Service Plan? If you do, you won’t pay any travel fees! Don’t forget, your plan also comes with a few prepaid Remote Support Sessions and our award-winning AntiVirus Software.
