Internet Explorer / Edge Users:

1. Click “CHAT NOW” on the right of this screen.
2. A small window will appear at the bottom of your screen.
3. Click “Run” and a small chat window will appear.

Google Chrome Users:

1. Click “CHAT NOW” on the right of this screen.
2. After selecting a save location, the file will appear at the bottom of your screen on a gray bar.
3. When the file is finished downloading, click to run the chat session.

Mozilla Firefox Users:

1. Click “CHAT NOW” on the right of the screen.
2. A window will pop up. Click “Save File”
3. When completed, your download will be displayed under the download arrow at the top right of this window.
4. Click on the completed file to run the program.
